The Humboldt area is rich with stories of adventure, fun, tragedy and love. Sometimes the ordinary days in our hometown are the ones we remember!

This installment of the exhibit shares stories about the Pape sisters, two young girls who made the 16000 km journey from Yugoslavia to Humboldt in 1955; Pete Rosenberg, an entrepreneur from Holland who set up a successful electronics business in the 1930s; the beloved Lions Club Paddling Pool, which was across the street from the Court House, as well as other familiar people and places!
