Jen Reimer
January 4-February 21, 2026
2nd Floor of the Gallery
Song of Air documents a live, site-specific performance in the Humboldt Water Tower. Over three years, Jen Reimer recorded the tower’s sounds and created a custom digital instrument, which was played back into the space through loudspeakers and tactile transducers, transforming the tower into a large-scale musical instrument. After performances in 2023 and 2025, she returns to Humboldt on January 4th to present the final audio work and CD release, along with a video by filmmaker Ralitsa Doncheva.
