Donate to the 2025 Friends Festival Auction!
September 10 @ 9:00 am - November 1 @ 5:00 pm

The Friends Festival Auction is the Friends of the Museum and Gallery’s biggest annual fundraiser. This much-anticipated event brings in hundreds of people to the Gallery and hundreds more to our online auction platform.
With your help we can dream big! The money raised from this year’s auction will support the presentation of travelling museum exhibits, art programs and exhibits at the Gallery, the concert series that brings touring musical and theatrical performers to our community, a special project with Montreal based musician Jen Reimer about the Water Tower, and programs that promote accessibility and inclusivity in all of our cultural spaces.
Please consider a donation! Join this community event by donating to the Friends Festival Auction. Your generous donation will be on display at the Gallery and on our website from November 13 to December 4, 2025, and be recognized in print and social media throughout the Festival Auction.
So many opportunities! Donations include (but are definitely not limited to): promotional swag, gift certificates, artworks, handcrafted items, quilted items, boozy beverages, gift baskets, wreaths and holiday décor.
Food, Glorious Food! A popular item at the Friends Festival Auction is food! Get creative in the kitchen and put together a sampler of preserves, scrumptious sweets, or a festive meal. For perishable items, a photo and written description will be displayed for bidding, and those items can be dropped off before the auction closes on December 4.
Please bring your donations to the Gallery by Saturday, November 1 to ensure that your items are included in all promotional material.
Donation pick-up day (upon request): Friday, October 31
Deadline for delivering donations: Saturday, November 1
Auction Opens: Thursday, November 13
Auction Closes: Thursday, December 4
Thank you for your support of the Friends of the Museum and Gallery!
