This City of Ottawa flag was flown at half-mast at Ottawa City Hall on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in honour of the Humboldt Broncos Hockey Organization. This flag was accompanied by a letter from Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson expressing condolences to the City of Humboldt. B-3108 & B-3115(a-b)
